We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Red Menswear. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy:
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion may be subject to a different return policy.
Returns Options:
- Refund (within 3 days of receipt): If you return your item(s) within 3 days of receiving them, you will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Credit Note (4-14 days after receipt): If you return your item(s) between 4 and 14 days after receiving them, you will receive a credit note for the purchase amount, valid for one year from the date of issue.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack Your Item(s): Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging, along with any included accessories.
- Return Shipping: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or credit note within 5 business days.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item(s) for a refund or credit note, and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Faulty Items:
We take great pride in the quality of our products and have strict quality control measures in place. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Complimentary Styling Sessions:
We offer complimentary styling sessions, including measuring, to ensure you select the perfect size and fit. However, we do not offer returns or refunds for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements taken during a styling session.
Please note: This returns policy applies to online purchases only. In-store purchases may be subject to a different return policy.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at redmenswear45@gmail.com and send your item to: 25 Military Road, Chatham, Kent ME4 4DL.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Your Attractive Heading
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
